Turn your network in the world of wine and spirits into recurring income. Bottles is now live across Europe — and we're recruiting Bottles Experts in every EU member state.

About Bottles Bottles is Europe's leading marketplace for fine wine, whisky and spirits — the experience of an auction house, in your pocket. We connect professional sellers with discerning buyers across the EU, with authentication and provenance traceability built into every high-value lot.

The opportunity We're building a pan-European network of Bottles Experts: well-connected professionals who source supply, safeguard quality and bring bottles to auction in their territory. As a Bottles Expert, you'll be the face of the platform on the ground in your market and the engine that drives its supply. It's an independent, commission-based role with uncapped earnings and a clear path to a salaried regional position as the network grows.

Where we're hiring All 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We assign one Expert per territory, so each market is first come, first served.

Your role

• Source and onboard professional sellers — wine cellars, retailers, producers and distributors in your territory
• Assess bottles for quality, authenticity and market positioning
• Apply the Physically Verified standard to premium lots through in-person inspection (fill level, label, capsule, closure and provenance)
• Bring bottles to auction and set reserve prices on rare, high-value lots
• Ensure a professional presentation for every listing: price, description and images
• Maintain a steady weekly flow of bottles to auction

What we're looking for

• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the wine and spirits market
• An established professional network you can activate from day one
• A sharp sense for valuation and pricing dynamics
• Fluency in your local market's language and English — English is essential
• A self-driven, results-oriented profile that doesn't need supervision

How you earn

• 2% of the gross value of the sales you generate, paid monthly on the 5th
• Uncapped: the rarer and more valuable the lots you list, the more you earn
• Target: 250 bottles at auction per week, assessed over 12 months

Where it leads A high-growth startup environment with real progression. Regional and national management roles are planned within 18 months, and after a year of meeting targets you may be offered a full-time salaried position. We provide your Bottles email address, business cards and branded apparel.

Perfil do Candidato

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in the wine and/or spirits world — sommellerie, fine-wine retail, distribution, hospitality or the trade

An established professional network in your local market that you can activate from day one

Working knowledge of fine wine and spirits valuation, authentication and pricing dynamics

Languages: fluency in your local market's language plus English — English is mandatory (professional working proficiency)

Independent/self-employed status — able to operate and invoice as a freelancer or contractor (this is a commission-based, non-salaried role)

Legally authorised to work and operate in the country you'd cover

A smartphone with a good camera, for in-person Physically Verified inspections and listing photography

Availability to commit to a consistent weekly flow of bottles to auction

Self-driven and results-oriented — comfortable working autonomously without day-to-day supervision
