WinPower has been operating on the national and international markets for over 30 years on the domains of engineering, Operation & Maintenance of energy generation solutions and providing services for the energy transition of its customers and partners. One of the strategic goals of the organization is to give an opportunity to those who want to participate in disruptive projects on the energy sector and build new opportunities with the WinPower Team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum academic/professional qualification equivalent to 12th grade (high school diploma);
• Technical/Vocational course in Electricity or Electromechanics;
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and equipment manuals;
• Strong technical knowledge of Medium Voltage, Low Voltage and Instrumentation systems;
• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written);
• Practical mindset, good organization and team spirit;
• Availability to join the team at our headquarters (Lisbon), with occasional trips to the equipment installation site (Cabo Verde).

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?

• Support the Engineering team during the project development phase;
• Assist in the installation, assembly and connection of BESS equipment on site;
• Participate in testing and commissioning of batteries, inverters and electrical panels;
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic BESS equipment;
• Monitor equipment performance and report anomalies and/or deviations;
• Prepare monitoring and intervention records and reports;
• Comply with QSHE Procedures.
