For our Sea Bar at Vila Joya, we are looking for a well-presented, passionate, and motivated bartender.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a talented professional who takes pride in providing impeccable service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The person in this role creates an atmosphere of instant relaxation while putting on a show every time they prepare a drink. Their creativity and willingness to experiment with drinks and combinations ensure guest satisfaction. This role also includes keeping the bar area clean and tidy at all times.

Main responsibilities:

?  Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked

?  Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, appetizers, and other beverages

?  Provide attentive service, greet and seat customers arriving at the bar area

?  Chat with customers in a friendly manner

?  Coordinate and work harmoniously with all other team members to provide exceptional service

?  Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso-based drinks, cold brews, and specialty coffee creations

?  Ensure that the café area and equipment are spotless, organized, and fully stocked

?  Operate and maintain high-quality coffee equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and coffee makers

?  Comply with health and safety standards, including the proper handling and storage of ingredients

?  Always provide attentive service, greet and accommodate guests

?  Coordinate and work harmoniously with all other team members to provide exceptional service.

Perfil do Candidato

Our ideal candidate should have:

?  The ability to memorize new cocktails and learn new techniques quickly and efficiently;

?  Fluency in at least 2 of the following 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English (proficiency in other languages is a plus);

?  A customer-oriented, warm, engaging personality with a professional demeanor;

?  Attention to detail in organizing and keeping the bar clean;

?  Team spirit with excellent collaboration skills;

?  Knowledge of and passion for wines, spirits, and beverages, with enthusiasm for learning and sharing new knowledge;

?  Flexibility and adaptability.
