You will join a growing and dynamic company focused on developing internal digital solutions that support key business processes across retail operations, logistics, warehouse management, and back-office functions.

With a strong focus on automation and efficiency, the organization is building applications from scratch to streamline operations across its supermarket network and drive continuous improvement.

 

Your New Mission

You will play a key role in the development of web and mobile applications from the ground up, ensuring scalable, well-structured, and high-quality solutions.

Working closely with a Tech Lead and a small team, you will combine hands-on development with technical ownership, contributing to solution design, supporting junior team members, and ensuring best practices in code quality and documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop backend solutions using Laravel

Work with MySQL (design, queries, optimization)

Contribute to mobile development (Flutter - Android)

Integrate APIs with external systems (e.g. SAP, Airtable, others)

Develop applications aligned with business processes (orders, logistics, warehouse, backoffice)

Ensure proper documentation and contribute to Agile processes (backlog, sprints)

Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to support development

What You Need to Succeed

Must Have

Solid experience in software development

Strong experience with Laravel and MySQL

Experience with Flutter (mobile exposure required)

Experience with API integrations

Knowledge of Git and Agile methodologies

Experience using AI tools in development

Ability to document and structure solution

Nice to Have

Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure)
