Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Sales Assistant in Sintra to cover maternity leave, starting immediately. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth sales operations, assisting with communication to clients, and addressing customer inquiries. Attention to detail and effective time management will contribute to the success of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• English Language ( Communications are often made in English with HQ and management) Mandatory
• Spanish Language ( Communications are often made in Spanish with Customers) Mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on fostering positive relationships
• Customer service and communication skills to address client needs and inquiries effectively
• Order management skills
• Proven experience or skills in sales operations and client management
• High level of organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and maintain records
• Proficiency in using office software (Excel knowledge is mandatory)
• Proficiency in using ERP Systems (Primavera software is an added value)
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Sintra
• Knowledge and experience in the Car aftermarket is an added value
