They are looking for a B2B Customer Consultant with German or Danish or Dutch or French as their team is expanding. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional support to end-users across various platforms (chat, email, phone), ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in any of the following languages: German or Danish or Dutch or French;
• Very good level of English (B2/C1);
• Availability to work on shifts;
