We are looking for an Azure Data Engineer!

Profile & Mission: We are looking for a Senior Azure Engineer to join our team in Porto, on a hybrid basis. You should have solid skills in Microsoft Azure, capable of managing and optimizing cloud infrastructures, ensuring performance, security and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in cloud architecture, integrations and process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the technical and project teams to gather requirements and design Azure Cloud solutions that meet their needs.
• Lead the implementation of Azure Cloud solutions and ensure that they meet industry standards for security, scalability and performance.
• Designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions, including the integration of on-premises infrastructure into the Azure cloud.
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to our development and operations teams on Azure Cloud best practices and technologies.
• Liaising with external integration teams, ensuring compliance with best practices within the Azure stack (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, and API Management (APIM .
• Ensuring that all solutions are fully documented and comply with the established requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Azure cloud solutions.
• Experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, databases and application services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and integration of on-premises infrastructure with Azure cloud.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical interlocutors.
• Previous experience in an Agile work environment and Microsoft Azure certification are valued.
• Knowledge of Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, and API Management (APIM) is valued, as there will be close liaison with the integration team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good level of English.
