We are looking for an AWS Support Engineer!


Responsibilities:

  • Function to be carried out within the scope of the Infrastructure and
  • Cloud with solid knowledge of Terraform, GitHub Actions and AWS for Axians Portugal's
  • managed services unit of Axians Portugal, responsible for managing IT infrastructures and
  • IT applications for large national and international companies. The person we
  • we are looking for will play the role of Cloud Environment Administrator.
  • able to provide advanced support, knowledge and guidance in resolving more complex
  • more complex issues, as well as being able to carry out an end-to-end analysis of the
  • components of our clients' cloud environments, designing and implementing
  • solutions with a focus on technological evolution and continuous adaptation to each client's
  • specific needs of each client.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • IT Infrastructure.
  • Production Operation Steering.
  • IT Risk and Cyber Security.
  • Coordination and motivation skills.
  • Know how to delegate.
  • Systematic, critical and logical thinking.
  • Summarization capabilities.
  • Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.
  • Strive continuously for customer satisfaction.
  • Aim to deliver very high-quality results.
  • Respect the procedures, methodologies, and directives.
  • Good capability of managing stress and conflicts.
  • Good listening and questioning ability.
  • Good learning skills.
