We are looking for a Project Manager (Transaction Manager)


MAIN TASKS:

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT operations transition to a nearshoring location, ensuring minimal impact on ongoing business activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement a detailed transition plan, covering timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles throughout the transition process and proactively develop effective solutions to ensure a smooth transfer of operations.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external teams to meet all technical and operational requirements, including infrastructure setup, data migration, and system integration.
  • Provide consistent updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, addressing concerns and adapting the transition plan as needed.
  • Design and execute a communication strategy to ensure all involved parties remain informed and aligned throughout the transition period.


YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on transitioning IT operations;
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with demonstrated success in collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward risk and challenge management
  • Hybrid role in Porto.
