You will be a part of the Hays tech team working to a worldwide Automotive OEM supplier, impacting directly on the next step of their global digitalization
Your Tasks:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of application projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead project teams consisting of developers, testers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes
- Provide regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application development projects
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to success
- Proven track record of delivering successful application projects on-time and on-budget
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
