What are we looking for?
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Expertise in COTS application deployment and support
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Proven skills configuring and supporting Atlassian Jira Service Management and familiarity with other Atlassian tools
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows server infrastructure, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL Server ()
- Understanding of cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, EntraID management
- Solid networking knowledge and experience with PKI
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with GENPACT Sequence (Kinetics or Cora), CITI Manage ID, and HR IT systems
- Proficiency in application lifecycle and configuration management, testing, release processes
- Familiarity with technologies: HTML5, REST, Web Services, XML, SQL, VBA, .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused, with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support tickets effectively
- Team player with knowledge-sharing mindset
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
