We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer - IT Security & Automation


Main Tasks:


  • Investigate and resolve production incidents in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Coordinate and implement changes, updates, and technical operations (e.g., new releases, application lifecycle).
  • Collaborate with development, system, DBA, and network teams on change management.
  • Keep all technical documentation updated (architecture, procedures, monitoring needs).
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure performance according to SLA targets.
  • Analyze and control application load capacity.
  • Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Support development teams in designing application architectures aligned with infrastructure and security standards.


Key Technologies & Tools:


  • Solid experience in Application Support, preferably with exposure to security environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and automation tools.
  • Comfortable maintaining high-quality technical documentation.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving mindset, and proactive attitude.
  • Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Security Information & Event Management: Splunk
  • Incident Response Platform: TheHive
  • Security Automation & Orchestration: n8n
  • Endpoint Detection & Response: Trellix HX
  • Secure forensic investigation environment (PRIS)
  • Security projects involving: Log collection and correlation; Machine Learning / Deep Learning use cases; Cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure); Automation of security operations.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
