Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the sales and marketing applications PIM/MAM (4AllPortal, Oracle PDH/CMS) and CRM (Salesforce.com).
- Carry out requirements management, configure applications, and design and modify data models, user interfaces, and system interfaces.
- Manage releases and changes, including conducting functional tests.
- Ensure documentation and quality control within your area of responsibility.
- Conduct training for employees on the application.
- Participate in global projects related to the business applications under your management.

- A degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or completed commercial or (IT) technical training with relevant professional experience.
- A strong affinity for data and IT, particularly in the digitalization of business processes in the sales and marketing area.
- Excellent analytical skills, quick understanding, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in professional and project management and in optimizing business processes.
- A high level of initiative, independence, and reliability.
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and proficiency in XML; SQL; HTML and HTTP technologies would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
