• DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our clients with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are looking for a APPIAN Business Analyst & Process Optimization Expert a Hybrid project in Lisbon.

Key Deliverables

Comprehensive process documentation

- Process flows

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Performance metrics

Recommendations for automation and technology integration aligned with business goals

Workshops & training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools

Clear communication of process changes to stakeholders at all levels

Core Expertise

• Strong experience with APPIAN-based business applications
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business process modeling & mapping tools
• Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)

Qualifications

Proven expertise in business process analysis and design

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Professional fluency in English

French is a plus.
