Descrição da Função

Missions:

• Serve as the first line of support for API consumers and API providers, addressing incidents or redirecting them to the appropriate teams.

• Configure new APIs on the gateway and update or delete existing configurations as needed.

• Design and implement new workflows to ensure efficient API calls to the backend and timely responses to users.

• Maintain our infrastructure, including managing certificates and server configurations that host our gateways.

• Oversee our in-house API Marketplace; while our developers provide support, being able to make minor adjustments during their absence is essential.

• Utilize a robust CI/CD pipeline to keep all systems up to date while adhering to DevSecOps requirements.


Main Requirements:

• Soft Skills: Effective communication, time management, and a collaborative spirit are crucial. A willingness to learn is also important, as you may encounter difficulties in finding extensive documentation on the vendor side.

• REST API: Experience in developing, maintaining, and interacting with REST APIs, including familiarity with the verbs used, API design, and related tools such as Postman.

• API Gateway Knowledge: Familiarity with API Gateway solutions, such as Axway, Kong, APIGEE, etc.

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript are essentials, as it is widely used within our systems. Groovy is a nice to have.

• Linux Proficiency: A foundational understanding of Linux will help you navigate our infrastructure more effectively.

• CI/CD Tools: Experience with XLR, XLD, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and OpenShift is advantageous for supporting our CI/CD pipeline.


Other Requirements:

• On-call availability

• Good level of English - minimum B2 level

• French is a plus

• Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment

• Critical Thinking

• Strong prioritization skills

• Knowledge of implementing pedagogical methods

• Ability to work in a team
