Description

• Processing: Handle the accurate recording and monitoring of financial transactions within the accounts payable scope, ensuring reliability and consistency across all activities;
• Controls: Perform account reviews and reconciliations, address discrepancies, and support audit-related documentation and risk-mitigation procedures;
• Efficiency: Contribute to the development, standardization, and improvement of internal processes, including KPI follow-up, workflow optimization, and adoption of more efficient ways of working;
• Collaboration: Engage with various internal and external stakeholders to support information flow, provide relevant data, and maintain clear and structured communication.

Profile

• Experience: Previous background in 3+ years in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles, supported by a relevant academic degree;
• Technical: Solid understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with financial/ERP systems;
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders;
