We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Accounts Payable Specialist with a background in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all invoices and expense reports and maintaining accurate financial records.

Description

A successful 'Accounts Payable Specialist' should have:

• Manage and process all invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support during audits.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

A successful 'Accounts Payable Specialist' should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
