Description

The Accounts Payable - Czech Speaker should :

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments in compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and provide necessary reports to the Accounting & Finance department.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and clarifications as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable - Czech Speaker should have:

• Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a large organization.
