Are you ready to take the next _step_ in your career with a globally recognised organisation? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented P2P Specialist to join our Shared Services Centre.



Your new role

As a key member of the Procure-to-Pay team, your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming purchase orders and ensuring timely processing.
Handling shipment and invoicing incidents, ensuring swift resolution.
Reporting operational issues directly to the Area Manager.
Maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring compliance with internal service processes and guidelines.
Communicating with clients via email and phone to provide exceptional service and support.



What do you need to succeed?

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a Shared Services or Customer Service environment.
Background in the healthcare sector is a strong plus.
Proficiency in English (minimum intermediate level) is required.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Navision.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive, resilient, and team-oriented mindset.
