Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of an Accounting Assistant for its Lisbon office.


Key tasks/ activities:


  • Process and register supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
  • Support monthly and quarterly accounting closings;
  • Reconcile accounts, including suppliers, clients, bank statements and property related accounts;
  • Assist in preparing financial maps, statements and internal reports for the Property Management team;
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, ensuring data accuracy across systems;
  • Support Property Managers with financial information related to budgets, service charges and operational expenses;
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, condominium administrators and internal teams regarding accounting matters;
  • Ensure timely follow-up of pending items and support process improvement initiatives.


Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:


  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or a similar role (Accounting Assistant) -experience in real estate or property management is valued;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Primavera, SAP) is a plus;
  • Experience with Yardi systems is a plus;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, organization and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a structured environment with multiple ongoing processes;
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Good level of English (spoken and written);
  • Proactive, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement.
