At Eneida.io we are developing and selling eneida DeepGrid , the world's most advanced platform for monitoring, optimizing and controlling one of the society's most precious assets: the Neighborhood Grid (Low Voltage Electric Grid). eneida DeepGrid is a rich vertical platform, from sensors to software, made by a great multidisciplinary team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists and Embedded Systems Engineers, passionate about creating smarter, more sustainable cities.

At Eneida, you will be challenged daily. About the Challenge

Eneida is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial reports. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

What you'll do:

• Documenting Transactions: record financial transactions, ensuring that even the smallest transactions are documented for tax and record-keeping purposes.
• Support in preparing Financial Statements and Reports: prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements, to summarize the company's financial status.
• Reconciling Accounts: review and reconcile transactions, including cash and receipts, to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Compliance and Audits: ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial regulations, and providing support during internal and external audits.
• Payroll Processing: oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all staff members.
• Collaboration: collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and to support strategic decision-making.

What we're Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in an internal accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with international transactions.
• Proficiency in accounting software (PHC) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in international trade and taxation.
• Experience with PT2030 projects and intangible assets accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
