Your New Role

As Accountant Team Lead, you will oversee a team managing the full accounting cycle for several entities, ensuring compliance with group policies, IFRS, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of accountants.
• Ensuring adherence to accounting policies and internal control frameworks.
• Managing monthly closings and reviewing reporting packages.
• Supporting consolidation activities and liaising with auditors.
• Preparing statutory accounts and contributing to tax reporting.
• Driving process improvements and maintaining strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in audit or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
