The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards within the property industry.

Description

• Accounting records of invoices, receipts, payments and employee expenses;
• Issuance and submission of invoices to clients;
• Execution of periodic bank reconciliations;
• Management of payments to suppliers;
• Preparation and execution of monthly and annual accounting closings;
• Follow-up and collection of overdue receivables;
• Support in internal and external audits;
• Collaboration in the preparation of budgets and cash-flow forecasts.

Profile

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• At least 4 years of previous experience in a similar role;
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, minimum B2 level in both languages;
• Knowledge of SAP (mandatory);
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP (plus);
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail;
• Structured, proactive, and responsible working approach.
