Join Our Team as a .NET Developer

Work Environment 

Location Lisbon Parque das Nações. 

Working Hours  

• Hybrid regime with 3 days a week at the office; 
• Office hours with a dynamic work environment. 

Are you an experienced .NET Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience and a passion for developing cutting-edge software solutions?  

Join Ageas Portugal and play a critical role in shaping our technological future. We are looking for developers who can build secure, scalable, and performant solutions using the .NET framework. 

Responsibilities 

.NET Development 

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework and related technologies. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework best practices. 
• Collaborate with architects and designers to create software that meets both technical and business requirements. 

Problem Solving 

• Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of the systems. 
• Participate in troubleshooting sessions and provide innovative solutions for complex problems. 

Project Collaboration 

• Work with solution designers and architects to integrate applications seamlessly into the larger system environment. 
• Collaborate on technical designs and participate in code reviews, maintaining high standards of quality. 

DevOps & Quality Assurance 

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and assist in deploying applications to Azure or on-premises environments. 
• Support integrated testing and validation across systems, ensuring code quality through automated tests and continuous integration. 

Requirements 

• Experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and Azure. 
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web application architecture. 
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD pipelines. 
• A passion for continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with new .NET technologies and development practices. 
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
