Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Workday Support Agent (M/F) for a prestigious client in the Renting sector in Oeiras

Responsibilities 

-Act as Workday ambassadors to promote Workday. 

-Support Workday end-users by answering to their queries on time and at the appropriate level of quality. 

-Guide end-users to help them resolve difficulties by themselves. 

-Document cases resolution and close cases according to established procedures. 

- Facilitate end-user training on specific topics or campaigns. 

-Take part in communicating on Workday features, tips & tricks, and campaigns on a weekly basis through various channels. 

-Continuously develop the required technical skills and behaviors to deliver at the highest standard. 

-Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements 

-1 to 3 years in similar activities or customer service.

-Knowledge of Workday is a plus.

-Knowledge of English and two other European languages (mandatory).
