Your new role

• Providing advice and handling postings, sourcing candidates, choosing the best channels to attract talento;
• Identify areas of improvement of the recruiting process;
• Reporting for the Business Areas;
• Market mapping;
• Building internal and external candidate pool;
• Negotiations with headhunters and agencies;
• Appearance at trade fairs and events;
• Evaluation of MPA, assessment, etc;
• Management of applicant data.

What you need to succeed

• Psychology Masters or Human Resources Management Post Graduation;
• + 3 years of experience with sourcing and recruiting in a dynamic environment;
• Experience with different sourcing web pages (Stackoverflow, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Negotiation and facilitation skills, resilience, self-confidence;
• English professional level (Mandatory);
• Availability to work within Porto and Vila Real (travels to Vila Real are guaranteed by the company).
