Our client is a big multinational company in nacional and internacional market.

This role is responsible for the consistent implementation of any transformational project in Retail stores.
The future incumbent will work closely with project managers, regional managers, opex and convenience teams, supporting functions by being the operational interface with field teams and stores. Responsible for managing multiple change projects at any one time, and support to sites in Convenience and Opex.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Takes the lead in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives within the defined timescales by increasing site team adoption and usage within the regions. A key focus will be on the people side of change, including processes, systems and technology;
  • Plan and implement in store change projects including training, coaching, resourcing and capacity planning support. Support in planograms, layouts and promotions;
  • Support to CO sites in Opex and Convenience KPIs follow up and checklists and in HSSE requirements;
  • Deliver training sessions and on-site coaching to support the implementation of business change;
  • Define and measure success metrics and review how a change project has landed, support any stores that are off track and feedback any changes that may be required through the business;
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications in collaboration with site support comms team;
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs in collaboration with site support training team;
  • Conduct impact analyses, risk mitigation, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
  • Accountable for the transition of change project into BAU and will complete sign off with stores and field teams as part of this process.

Perfil desejado

  • Operational Retail experience recommended;
  • Broad understanding of the Retail business and business processes;
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
  • Strong understanding project management skills;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Excellent active listening skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience in delivering training;
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning;
  • Excellent analytical skills and business vision;
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations;
  • Customer Focus;
  • English language skills.
