Responsabilities:
Insure the accounting production for the whole subsidiaries of the Group by a rationalization of processes and common procedures, respect the deadlines defined by the Group and implement a communication way to give visibility to the different actors of the financial closing, integrate new tasks in a global viewAccompany and manage the SSC Team for them to develop their skills and their ability to find solutions. Be force of proposition for the different subjects and topics to resolve within the Group, both technical and managerial, in a goal of productivity and high qualityImplement monitorings and KPI reporting to a day-to-day effectiveness production and quality productionParticipate actively to the different project and workshops and implement the solutions adopted

Profile
Skills & Experience:
- Education background : Degre or Master in Finance and Accountancy
- Professional experience : retail experience - audit experience
- Hard skills : IFRS Gaap - SQL Language
- Tools : SAP - GBQ - Microsoft Office - Microsoft PowerBI
- Languages : English and Portuguese - French is a plus
- Soft skills : Good communication - leadership - 360° vision - strong production capacity - teaching manager - production process view
