Your New Role:

 

As a SAP Senior Specialist, you will be pivotal in understanding business operations and client needs by analyzing current organizational processes and functions. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and resolving daily operational challenges, acting as a link between business domains and technical teams. You will be responsible for crafting optimal solutions that align with internal client requirements and corporate goals. Your active participation in the design and implementation phases of projects will be invaluable.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Analyze business operations and client requirements to enhance organizational functions.
• Troubleshoot and address day-to-day operational issues.
• Serve as a bridge between company departments and technical areas.
• Tailor solutions to meet internal client needs and achieve company objectives.
• Engage in project conception and implementation phases actively.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support during project rollouts.
• Create analyses, reports, and customizations to fulfill identified needs.
• Internally test and introduce new solutions.
• Investigate and devise potential fixes for reported application incidents.
• Collaborate with various teams involved in the process, from support staff to developers and testers.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

 

• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
• Over 4 years of solid experience in SAP modules SD, PM, and MM is mandatory.
• Proficiency in WM SAP, HR SAP, and SAP Retail.
• Functional knowledge of Idoc’s is preferred.
• SAP certifications in logistics areas are an asset.
• Experience in scripting acceptance tests and their execution.
