Your new role:

 

As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead, you'll be working within the eCommerce team, collaborating with innovative leaders and contributing to the journey of delighting our customers. As a team lead, you'll partner with business stakeholders and creative development teams to deliver online customer experiences that surpass expectations. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of customer-facing digital solutions, from design to implementation. 
• Contribute to a Salesforce technology stack while fostering an engaging and enjoyable Environment. 
• Showcase expertise as a full-stack developer and mentor to junior team members. 
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and reviewing solutions. 
• Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate with global engineering groups and stakeholders. 
• Innovate and solve complex problems creatively.

What you will need to succeed:

• 5+ years of strong experience in implementing large scale, multi -country, multi-language Ecommerce B2C web sites primarily on SFCC. 
• Experience in defining Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Architecture, Design & working with SF OMS as a backend engine. 
• Experience using and implementing Content Management solutions to drive front end development. 
• Exposure to other clouds/applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience building and developing websites.
• Experience in integrating Identity Management solutions.  
• Integrations with Commerce Cloud.
• Ensuring that all new B2C commerce functionalities are built with Salesforce standard features.  
• Extensive experience on exposing SFCC standard and custom functionality via OCAPI, SCAPI and B2C Commerce API. 
• Advocating for best practices in design, coding, data, and environment.
• Partnering end-to-end with Product Managers / Owners, Business Stakeholders, and business analysts to understand customer requirements and process flows and translate them into Salesforce technology solutions. 
• Demonstrate a strong command of technical details to translate proposed solutions into functional specifications with technical team. 
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements the applications built. 
• Build Proofs-Of-Concept to illustrate possible technical solutions to stakeholders and technical staff. 
• Define and implement DevOps processes to improve development quality. 
• Build technical roadmap to align with business strategy. 
• B2C Commerce Cloud certification is highly desirable.
