Multinational industrial company is looking for a Controller, who will report to the Financial Director, working closely to the operations.

Description

• Monitoring operational KPIs for efficiency, inventory, standard hours, procurement, production, and Capex.
• Validating and updating standard costings.
• Controlling costs and optimizing processes.
• Supporting project leaders with financial analysis and coordination.
• Developing internal tools for improved reporting and forecasting.
• Preparing and presenting industrial reports and variances.
• Analyzing labor, spending, and inventory for optimal manufacturing.
• Conducting planning and re-estimation activities.

Profile

• Master's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in comparable roles.
• Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Demonstrated integrity, resilience, proactivity, and initiative.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
