We are looking for a P2P Business Process Owner with a strong background in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). It is expected that the candidate ensures a seamless transition, minimizing disruption to our operations, and contributing to the overall success of our ERP transformation project.

Description

• Lead the implementation of SAP VIM as part of our ERP transformation project, focusing on the optimization of invoice processing workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to design, configure, and deploy SAP VIM solutions that meet our business needs.
• Ensure the seamless integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC6 & S/4HANA, facilitating a unified and efficient Invoice to Pay process.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and training materials for SAP VIM.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use the new systems.
• Monitor the performance of the implemented solutions, identifying and addressing any issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP VIM updates and industry best practices, recommending enhancements to our processes and systems.
• Provide expert guidance and support to the finance team, helping to resolve any challenges related to invoice processing.

Profile

• Master's degree or equivalent
• +6 years' experience of P2P processes in global business scale and regions
• Experience in Global Business Services / Shared Services environments
• Strong project management capabilities. PMI certification is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and Open Text VIM - MANDATORY
• Fluent English
• Change management capabilities, able to drive change across business and operations teams
• Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Positive mindset and structured thinking
• Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Able to travel occasionally, for short
