We seek a Corporate Controller who will provide direct assistance to the Country Manager by conducting business analysis and reporting from both financial and operational viewpoints.

• Elaborate the annual budget and oversee monthly monitoring of variances
• Evaluate and communicate the key financial and operational performance indicators for each department
• Guarantee attainment of agreed-upon targets and assist in implementing improvement strategies when necessary
• Facilitate decision-making by delivering precise and timely data
• Maintain oversight of costs and margins
• Aid in assessing business opportunities and risks
• Analyze past and future investment choices
• Provide regular reports to the corporate group

Profile

• Degree in Economics, Management or related fields
• 5 years experience as a controller
• Proficiency in accounting practices is highly desirable
• Fluent english speaker
• Proactive approach with keen attention to detail is essential
• Strong analytical skills are necessary, enabling contribution to the decision-making process
