Your new role

• Advises the organization on legal matters and provides counsel to staff across departments on a variety of topics, in particular related to commercial and labour affairs, identifying and exposing the legal risks and implications, in order to ensure that all legal approaches are viable and comply with internal regulations and legal requirements.
• Prepares and reviews documents, contracts and all other necessary legal documentation, such as agreements, comfort letters and other securities, controlling the issuance of legal information in other languages, verifying translations and ensuring alignment with state regulations and legislation procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance.
• Prepares and is responsible for acknowledgments and registration of signatures, certification of documents and apostille, ensuring all the legal formal requirements and procedures are timely and accurate, in a way that censures compliance in all legal matters.
• Drafts different governance rules, following the orientations given by the Legal Corporate Director and the strategic guidance provided by the Board, and ensuring its registration and diffusion across the organization, in order to comply with the internal framework.
• Coordinates all legal affairs with the Subsidiaries, providing support, clarification and controlling the conformity of activities, in order to ensure legal compliance across business activities.

What you need to succeed

• Degree in Law;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in corporate and commercial legal masters.
• Experience managing external legal counsels.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry business (preferential).
