Your new company

You will be working for a global industrial automotive company.

 

Your new role

• Provide hands-on technical support to users across different computer systems
• Independently resolve technical issues promptly
• Document and communicate incidents and their solutions effectively
•  Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and implement enhancements in support processes
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and IT solutions
•  Ensure system implementations align with group guidelines

 

 

What you'll need to succeed

•  A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable role
•  Possess a professional technical degree in Information Technology or a graduate degree in Computer Engineering
•  Demonstrate solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network management software
•  Capable of autonomously and effectively solving problems
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Familiarity with VMWare
• Understanding of ITIL principles
• Oriented towards customers and able to work effectively as part of a team
