Our Client
Our Client is creating a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon and recruiting for several positions, taking into account its business and needs.
Your New Role
As an HR People Operations Team Leader you will be responsible for: - Lead and manage the HR Service Desk team, providing guidance and support due to the main tasks that we previously discuss;
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and routines;
- Manage KPI’s ad SLA’s of the HR Service Desk team;
- Stay up-to-date with developments in HR technology and best practices, and identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery.
What you will need to be succeed
To be succeed in this role, you will need: - Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields;
- Huge experience working in HR service delivery;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Ability to motivate and develop the team;
- Proficiency working with HR systems, such as SAP, Workday and Service Now;
- Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus.
