Adecco Recruitment is looking for an Financial Analyst (Asset Management) to work in a reference group basend ir Lisbon area.

Responsibilities

Opportunity Assessment and Valuation Support

  • Preparing detailed market analyses that support managements decision making;
  • Assessing potential investment opportunities and providing valuation analyses;
  • Conduct financial analysis, market studies and due diligence for investment opportunities;
  • Preparing detailed presentations according to specific investment and funding cases.

Financial Modelling

  • Assisting in the budgeting process and developing financial forecasts based on market trends and business needs;
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts and investment valuations to support management decision-making;
  • Analyse market movements, macro-economic factors, industry trends, regulatory changes and project comparables.

Asset Management

  • Monitor, control and evaluate the financial performance of real estate developments, identifying areas for improvement and preparing comprehensive investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and other stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with various teams, including project manager, legal, construction team and property management to keep tight control of operations and financial performance.

Financial Reporting

  • Preparing detailed financial reports for stakeholders, including shareholders and the board of directors;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of financial information.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or similar;
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Big 4, investment or private equity firm;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory);
  • Fluent level of English (mandatory);
  • Experience in financial modelling and real estate valuation techniques, with a plus for knowledge of real estate investment metrics and financial concepts (IRR, NPV, cash-on-cash, etc);
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Proactive, organized and adaptable with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
