We are seeking for a Financial Administrative Technician - French Speaker. This role will report to the Billing Team Leader of the Service Center.

Description

• Collecting all the commercial documents required for your business on time;
• Enter and validate orders in our information system;
• Checking invoicing details and drawing up customer invoices;
• Follow-up customers and manage any billing disputes;
• Ensuring that sales are recognised and taking part in monthly closings by validating outstanding invoices by validating outstanding invoices.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of Excel and SAP are additional assets.
