Logistics Company offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to make a significant impact on the company's technological transformation and growth. 

Your new mission

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of system architecture to ensure the efficiency and scalability of IT infrastructure. 
• Lead and mentor a team of 8 professionals, providing guidance and support to streamline reporting structures and enhance team performance.
• Assist in the management of IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Interact with clients and external partners to understand their needs and facilitate communication between legacy systems and newly developed software solutions. 
• Oversee technical support activities, including helpdesk operations, IT support for internal and external clients, and integration between client systems and internal software. Manage the team responsible for website development, including track and trace functionality, label printing, and client interactions via the web platform. 
•  Implement procedures for incident reporting and resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and remote access to devices for troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for transitioning company's software infrastructure to cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and enhanced security.
• Participate in company-wide decision-making processes, attending annual and semi-annual meetings with the executive and extended management committees.  

What you need to succeed 

• Strong background in system architecture and IT management.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in conceptualizing and implementing innovative IT solutions.
• Knowledge of legacy systems and modern software development technologies namely Cloud, Web Technologies.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, with occasional travel as needed.
