Principais responsabilidades
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the resort's business goals, ensuring a strong market presence and sustained growth;
- Uphold and enhance the resort's brand image through compelling storytelling, visual identity, and consistent messaging across digital channels;
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and online presence and engagement;
- Collaborate with the different business areas (golf, holidays, services/ amenities) to create effective collateral, promotional materials, and sales tools that resonate with the target audience and drive business;
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to secure positive press coverage and strategic partnerships;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform digital marketing strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
Perfil desejado
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role within the luxury real estate or hospitality industry;
Excellent leadership and team management skills;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset;
Familiarity with CRM software and marketing analytics tools;
Proficient in English.
