Support activities of the Shared Services Center and Senior Management, especially in the coordination and preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances, as well as any other ad-hoc analysis.

Description

• Independently analyze and clarify business requirements with internal stakeholders while assessing the risks of various solution designs
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
• Responsible for the estimation of the business solution effort and clarification of module and process inquiries
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

Profile

• Academic Degree in Business Administration, Business Computer Science, or similar
• At least 3 Years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis and statistical analysis
• Strong Computer skills to effectively use software to analyze financial information, identify trends, make forecasts, especially advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Familiarity with data query/data management tools valued (SQL, Business Objects)
• Strong analytical skills to process large amounts of information
• Problem solving skills
• Highly self-organized, provide a pro-active attitude and organize work independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
