The company where you will be working

 

You will be a part of the Hays tech team working on the European HQ of a multinational South American Bank with 100 years of existence, impacting directly on the launch and creation of a new stake of their portfolio

 

Your Tasks

Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions

Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business decisions

Design, develop and implement ETL processes

Develop and maintain data models and data visualization dashboards

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Provide support for BI solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner

 

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in BI development
Strong skills in SQL, ETL, and data warehousing
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
