We are recruiting a position of Accounts Payable_Francês (M/F) for a global company leader in the transportation and logistics business located in Algés/ Lisboa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsabilities are:
 

• Ensure accounts reconciliations
• Ensure the account of manual payments as well as clearing operations;
• Ensure the booking of purchase invoices
• Manage payment incidents;
• Identify and indicate deviations;
• Manage operational, day-to-day relationships with suppliers
• Follow-up indicators related to suppliers' performance and quality.

• Proven experience in Finance/Accounting positions (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus) at least 2 years minimum;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP and other relevant software;
• Fluent in English and French (higher level his mandatory).
