The company you're going to work at:
Our client is a multinational company focus on Cash Management Solutions for their clients.
They have several solutions in this field around the world and they´re looking for a launch team based in Lisbon in order to build their second Global Shared Services (Europe Scope) that will be placed in Lisbon, Portugal.
Your new role:
Reporting to a Record to Report Manager you´ll be:
Responsible for handling daily bookkeeping for local entities;
Main point of contact for Latvian market;
AR and AP tasks;
Stock management;
Fixed asset accounting;
Preparing payments;
Performing month closing activities;
Administrating entries on a daily basis in the accounting software.
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management;
- 1+ years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferable in multinational companies or Shared Service Center;
- Excel Skills advanced;
- Fluency in Latvian and English (mandatory).
