Adecco Recruitment is looking for an Account Manager (M/F) for a client specialized in the design and manufacturing of luxury items.

Role description

i. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, creating sales proposals, and negotiating contracts with agents and distribution partners.

ii. The Account Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

iii. The Account Manager is responsible for the budget compliance and will be required to forecast sales, build the pipeline in CRM, create Key-Account strategic sales plans and share the market intelligence of their areas of responsibility with sales, marketing and design teams.

iv. Product presentation at trade shows and with the local distribution teams, as well as designers and architects are a must. 

Ideal profile

i. University degree in Business, Economics or Administration.

ii. Experience in a multinational environment.

iii. 3 years in a similar position.

iv. Fluent in the english language - Spanish, Italian or German are a plus.

v. Experience in the home decor or design industry is a plus.
