The Workplace Digital Manager - Teams & Collaboration expert will design, implement, and optimize collaboration tools, focusing on Office 365 and mainly MSFT Teams, to improve communication and efficiency within the organization. This position is based in Aveiro region and requires occasional visits to the factory while offering a fully remote work arrangement.

The Workplace Digital Manager - Teams & Collaboration will be doing as follows:
- Design and implement solutions within the Office 365 and MSFT Teams environment to enhance team collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the integration of collaboration platforms.
- Optimize the use of collaboration tools to improve communication and productivity.
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to collaboration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented systems.
- Occasionally visit the site to assess on-site requirements and provide support.
Profile
A successful Systems Architect Teams and Collaboration should have:
- Proven expertise in Office 365 and MSFT Teams implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and collaboration tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility for occasional travel to the site unit;
- Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus.
