Your New Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Product Manager to enhance our Workday platform's functionalities. This role involves configuring, optimizing, and maintaining various Workday modules to ensure a seamless experience for all users. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workday processes, strong technical skills, and a knack for delivering innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, including job requisitions, compensation plans, and benefit elections.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Analyze and improve workflows, notifications, and approvals to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics, compensation trends, and utilization benefits.
- Conduct thorough testing of configurations, troubleshoot issues, and support Workday releases.
- Provide end-user support and training on new functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure all configurations comply with regulatory standards and maintain detailed documentation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and support, particularly in Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Proven experience in system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting within Workday.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Proficiency in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, Business Process Framework, and data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and translation of technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
