Workday Project Manager (6-Month Contract)

Overview

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the road infrastructure and mobility services sector that is currently undergoing a significant transformation. As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to join on an initial 6-month contract based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of Workday implementation and post-launch optimisation activities.

• Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders on how best to leverage Workday to meet business goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure alignment and adoption.

• Provide oversight on third-party vendors and implementation partners.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing Workday implementation projects (minimum one full lifecycle).

• Strong understanding of Workday modules across HCM, Finance, and/or Adaptive Planning.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
