Your new role
We are looking for a Workday Consultant to manage and optimise our HRIS ecosystem on a global scale. This position involves configuring and maintaining Workday HCM, implementing new functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. You will act as a key liaison between HR teams and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into effective Workday solutions. The role also includes supporting end-users, overseeing data integrity, and staying ahead of Workday updates to guarantee continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Workday HCM configuration, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and strategic objectives.
- Supervise data migration processes, including EIB loads and integrations, to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data.
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving system issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
- Lead the rollout of new Workday features, including testing, documentation, and user training.
- Monitor system updates and adopt best practices to optimise performance and functionality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and support, including Compensation and Reporting modules.
- Solid understanding of Workday integrations, EIB, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
