Web Project Manager Specialist

- Act as a Project Manager Specialist for the Content Factory, to ensure proper execution of the Service, with service orientation to the Market/Business;
- Perform quality control checks against brief and related Guidelines to produce error-free work;
- In this role will work closely with the Graphic Designers, and the Content Factory Librarian as well as Content Factory Coordinator.

Key Skills
- Ability to quickly understand brand's positionning through Brand Guidelines.
- Good understanding of design terminology and technical requirements, compatility.
- Good understanding of the Production Process
- Manage work with Priorities.
- Ability to effectively organize team work, motivate and drive performance in a team environment.
- Analytical & problem solving skills.

Key Sofware Knowledge
- Project management software (e.g Project, Jira)
- Graphic Design Softwares (e.g Adobe Suite)

Key Experiences:
- University Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields;
- Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English (mandatory);
- Hands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years);
- Highly proactive, motivated, a team oriented mentality and attitude. Work approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience;
Excellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.).
